Cylinders are the aftermarket engine replacement part in which Athena has been continuously investing for over ten years to improve production and performance. The company's engine cylinders and thermal units are recognized worldwide for their performance, durability, and reliability. Engineered entirely in Italy by Athena's R&D department, drawing on in-house expertise and cutting-edge tools to design and test each cylinder, they are coated with motor-nicksil, a nickel-silicon coating developed by Athena to achieve optimal smoothness and wear resistance.

The oversized Big Bore cylinder kit developed by Athena guarantees increased performance across the power curve, while maintaining the reliability of original components.

The kit includes a high-quality aluminum cylinder with increased bore, a complete piston with piston pin and rings, and the necessary gaskets.
All components of the cylinder kit have been designed, manufactured, and rigorously tested on the track and on the static and dynamic bench to ensure maximum resistance to high pressures and temperatures.

This cylinder kit can be installed without making any modifications to the motorcycle's crankcases.
