The BGM pull starter set is CNC-machined from high-quality aluminum
and black anodized.


The set consists of:

Base plate for the rope starter

3 studs

Steel scribing nut with M8x1.25 thread (Vario)
with a weight of only approx. 26gr

3 screws M6x20 black coated

3 spring washers M6

3 screws M5x12 black coated

1 threaded bolt for original Piaggio or Malossi housing

1 threaded bolt for Polini Speedengine or Evolutionengine

1 rope starter cast aluminum black housing

The stud bolts are mounted in such a way that the collar is in contact with the frame.

Depending on the side panel used, the stud bolt can simply be placed under a body washer to generate enough space.


The rope starter is mounted on the base plate with the three M5 screws.


The three M 6 screws with spring washers are used to attach the
base plate to the previously mounted studs.

The nuts for the pull starter come in 4 versions:


M8 for Vario -> BGM7608V

M8 for mono -> BGM7608M

M10 for Vario -> BGM7610V

M10 for mono -> BGM7610M
