This is the 'OTT' Casa Performance top chain tensioner. Designed in conjunction with scooter author Sticky, this is the most solid, easily adjustable chain guide tensioner on the market.

The base is zinc-plated high grade steel and the guide piece itself is a special compound of self-lubricating nylon that has been tested in the 'Casa Lambretta Racing Team' scooters, with outstanding results. These amazing guides are designed so that they work with ANY chain / front sprocket / clutch sprocket combination!

These are PERFECT for any Lambretta, whether it's tuned or standard. Truly a 'must-have' part! Please note that with this part, you do NOT need to fit a lower chain guide!

As with all chain guides that use bolts, we recommend routine periodical maintenance to check the allen screws that hold the plastic runner are secure, although they have internal tubular spacers inserted into the 3 holes where the allen screws pass through. The presence of these tubes mean that the plastic runner cannot 'compress' and subsequently it is nigh-on impossible for the allen screws to loosen if this maintenance is adhered to. ALWAYS use Loctite to fix the mounting screws when fitting to the engine casing.
