Preparation for rocker switch (or ignition switch) at the rear of the vehicle: 6.3 mm flat sockets are installed that plug directly into the rocker switch provided. In combination with the Ignition switch 31113000 or 31110000, these must be replaced by the supplied 4.8 mm flat plugs.
The cable ends for the light switch or the LF stop switch are stripped and tinned to prevent damage when screwing them in. For the SF, the supplied 4.8 mm flat plugs for the Stop switch must be crimped.
Stop switch provision on the steering head for fully hydraulic disc brake solutions. If not required, ensure that the plugs at the cable ends are well insulated and do not come into contact with the metal of the steering head.
The protective tube for the rear light is split in two (Brown adhesive tape). For very old scooters with a tube welded to the rear light, it is possible to remove one half of the protective tube without running the risk of damaging the wires with a cutter.
The Stop switch on the brake pedal must be in the "closing" version, for example article 18187810 or 18163710.
The protective sheath for the parts of the electrical system that run inside the frame has been deliberately installed with a larger diameter. This allows the electrical system to be adapted to the dimensions of the frame when passing through the structure under the Steering Head, making installation much easier.
