Overall developed on a Malossi design, completely redesigned compared to the original. The sprockets have been moved by some entity in the direction of the axis of rotation so as to allow a consistent spring support thickness. The newly designed springs are contained by a flange screwed to the axle.
Can be used with Malossi gears and/or with the original ones.

Made with special case-hardened steel, ground. The shape of the gear differs from the original due to the design in the area of the flexible coupling. To obtain the retaining wall of the springs, as already written in the attachment, the wheels have been moved by some entity in the axial direction and centered them even better than the driven wheels, obtaining the double advantage.

The springs of the flexible coupling have a square section for the best performance in the smallest space and are shot peened for maximum fatigue resistance.

The transmission ratio has changed from the original by lengthening the 4th gear.

Spring closing flange obtained by laser cutting with reinforcement on the "clutch wheel" to avoid axial displacements in case of breakage of the transmission system.

Toothed wheels with Z 12-13-17-20.
