244cc cylinder kit for perfect "plug and play" assembly on all Vespa PX 200cc engines. This has been done by eliminating the "collar" of the cylinder liner, so it will not be necessary to bore the engine crankcase for assembly. The performances are remarkable, but what is impressive is the torque developed by the engine and the total absence of vibrations, a kit created for tourist use which does not require particular technical knowledge for assembly. The thermal unit can be used with admission to the crankcase or to the cylinder.
The 244cc displacement was obtained using a 72mm piston and a special crankshaft with a 60mm stroke and a 127mm connecting rod. Thanks to the gaskets included in the kit it can also work with a 126mm connecting rod.
