The forging process increases mechanical strength and elasticity, and the forged clutch bell is entirely CNC-machined, removing excess material and shaping the piece—a Pinasco innovation in the field of Vespa Classic clutches. In the new Pinasco forged clutch, the disc contact surfaces have been thickened for greater wear resistance, and the reinforcing ring is machined entirely from the bell, from a single piece without welding.
The new Pinasco Power Clutch 2.0 forged 6 spring clutch is another innovative product from Pinasco that combines tradition and modernity.
The Pinasco Power Clutch kit is available for all Vespas produced since 1960 with 6- and 7-spring clutches and is recommended for all users of Vespas equipped with 177, 215, and 225cc engines.

For engines with power exceeding 18 HP, use HARD clutch springs 25090827.

This clutch requires SAE30 oil specifically for wet clutches.

Pinasco HRG Synthetic oil is recommended.
