Il nuovo albero motore Egig S/R offre materiali e lavorazione di prima qualità anche per chi ha un budget limitato. Questo albero è stato migliorato in molti modi rispetto ad altri in questa fascia di prezzo. A cominciare dalla facilità di montaggio, poiché è dotato di una sede scorrevole sul lato del pignone, il che significa che il blocco motore può essere pressato e smontato senza attrezzi speciali. Anche la filettatura dell'albero sul lato pignone è stata aggiornata a M14, rendendo possibile una coppia di serraggio fino a 100 nm. Grazie alle dimensioni delle sue spalle, l'albero motore si adatta a qualsiasi carter di Smallframe senza dover barenare.

The shaft thread on the pinion side has also been upgraded to M14, making a tightening torque of up to 100 nm possible. Thanks to the dimensions of its shoulders, the crankshaft fits into any Smallframe crankcase without boring.
